If you've just finished Year 12 you'll be thinking hard about where to go next. An apprenticeship offers you on-the-job experience, mining training and formalised study all while getting paid to do it.

Our operations offer a variety of mining related apprenticeship programmes.

NSW Apprenticeship opportunities

In New South Wales each year up to 12 electrical and mechanical apprenticeships are made available to high school graduates and people with more than five years work experience. Apprentices already employed by NovaSkill are able to apply for the programme to gain valuable experience and on-site training with Coal & Allied.

You'll work on each of our three mine sites in the Hunter Valley to gain on-the-job experience, as well as a formalised training in your area of expertise, mining and safety.
